Terms of Service
Version 2 · effective from 15 October 2026
The rights and duties of both sides while you use Immanity.
1.Scope
These terms govern the use of the website, panel and modules provided to your business through the Immanity platform. Everyone who signs in to the panel is deemed to accept them on behalf of the business.
The agreements your business shows to its own customers (distance sales, pre-contract information, privacy) are outside this document; their content and accuracy are the business's responsibility.
2.Account and access
Panel account security belongs to the business. Two-step verification can be enforced on the owner account. Permissions granted to team members are managed by the business and can be revoked at any time.
Our support team accesses your panel only with your approval, for a limited time and with an audit record. Active access is shown in your panel as a warning banner and can be ended with one click.
3.Content responsibility
Text, images, prices and stock information published on your website belong to the business, which is responsible for their accuracy. Content that infringes third-party rights or is misleading or unlawful may be taken down.
4.Payments
Subscription fees are charged according to your plan's billing period. If a payment fails your account first enters a reminder phase and then a suspended state; during suspension your data is preserved and your website is temporarily closed.
Money from sales made on your website goes directly to the business's own payment provider account; we do not intermediate those amounts and take no commission. Tax obligations belong to the business.
5.Termination
You may end your subscription at any time. After termination your data is retained for a reasonable period during which you can request an export; at the end of that period it is permanently deleted.
6.Discontinuation of the service
If Immanity decides to permanently discontinue the service, the decision is announced in your panel and by a notice sent to your registered e-mail address. As a rule, the service remains available until the end of the billing period in effect on the date of the announcement; during that time your website and panel keep working.
If Immanity chooses to close the service before the end of your billing period, it refunds the part of the subscription fee you paid that corresponds to the unused period, on a pro-rata basis. In every case the service remains available for at least 30 days from the date of the announcement.
After the announcement your subscription is not renewed and no new fee is charged.
During that time you can download your order, reservation, customer, product and finance records, your invoices and your agreements with the export tools in your panel. For data those tools do not cover, you can request a transfer through the support channel.
Your own domain name belongs to you; you can move your website to any provider by updating its DNS settings. After the service ends, your data is retained and deleted as described in the "Termination" section.
