Cookie Policy

Version 1 · effective from 11 October 2026

Which cookies we use on our website and panels, why and for how long.

1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They make things work, such as keeping you signed in or keeping information between the steps of a form. The browser's local storage can be used for similar purposes; in this policy we call both “cookies”.

2.Cookies we use

We only use first-party cookies that are strictly necessary or functional for the service. We do not use cookies for visitor analytics, advertising or tracking you across other websites.

Website: a cookie that remembers the language you chose, a cookie that remembers your live support conversation (30 days), a cookie that keeps the e-mail verification step of the contact form going (20 minutes) and a cookie that spares a verified visitor from repeated bot checks for a while (7 days). If you mute the live support sound, that preference is kept in your browser's local storage.

Management panels: a session cookie, cookies that remember the business you are working on and your language and appearance preferences, and a cookie that runs a support access you have approved. They last for your session or until you change your preference.

Infrastructure: Cloudflare, which protects our traffic, may set short-lived security cookies when needed to tell attacks and automated (bot) traffic apart. The bot check used on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes browser signals for that purpose only.

3.Legal basis

These cookies are necessary to provide the service you ask for and are used under KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) (performance of a contract) and Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest); under the Personal Data Protection Board's cookie guidance, strictly necessary cookies do not require explicit consent. If we ever start using analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your explicit consent first.

4.Business websites

On websites that businesses build with ImmanityWeb, the business may add visitor analytics tools of its own choosing. Informing visitors about those tools and their cookies is the business's responsibility.

5.Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, features such as signing in to the panel and sending forms may stop working.
